Contact
CERT.at accepts reports about IT security incidents preferably via e-mail (reports@cert.at) or telephone (+43 1 5056416 78).
Please be aware that CERT.at is not a public IT helpdesk! Therefore questions like "is my PC infected" can only be referred to public web resources or commercial helpdesks.
Our business hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (CET/CEST). Outside these times contact by phone is discouraged, and should only be used in emergency cases. Reachability outside our standard business hours is purely on a "best effort" basis and not guaranteed.
