Incident report

You want to report an IT security incident to us? You have three options:

1. Obligatory/Voluntary report according to NISG 2026 law
   
   For incident reports according to NISG 2026 the reporting platform in the "Unternehmensserviceportal" has to be used:

2. Obligatory reports according to CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) 
   
   For vulnerability reports according to the CRA the "ENISA Single Reporting Platform" has to be used:

3. Report via e-mail
   
   For every other report or information to CERT.at use email or contact us via phone:
